NEUROSCIENCE IN APPLICATION:

Live Training Sessions with Chris D'Souza

After gaining an understanding and awareness of the framework, the live sessions with Chris D’Souza are where the real transformation takes place. At the end of the two-day live session, you will walk out of the room a different person, with a new life and a new beginning. This is where everything becomes an integral part of your life and professional career.

Where Understanding Becomes Execution

Understanding how the brain works does not automatically change how it performs under pressure. Without conditioning, leaders continue to rely on reactive patterns—especially in high-stakes environments.

The live sessions are designed to train these internal systems directly. This is where awareness becomes applied capability, and where leadership begins to change in real time.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE LIVE SESSIONS

Live Training Sessions with Chris d'Souza

Each Live Training Session is built around one of the core neurological systems introduced in the courses. The focus is not on adding information, but on training the brain to operate differently under pressure.

Core Focus Areas

Limbic System vs Prefrontal Cortex —The success of your professional career depends on how effectively you engage these two regions.

Reticular Activating System (RAS) — The RAS helps us focus on the road map to our goals and aspirations and identify opportunities that might otherwise be overlooked.

Neural Pathways — Transform unproductive habits, and create constructive ways of self-mastery in whatever field you choose.

SMART Goals — A systematic approach to goal-setting that enhances clarity and focus, strategically aligning with defined objectives.

Absolute Leadership — Consolidates essential internal operational systems into a cohesive framework, enhancing clarity and ensuring precision even in high-pressure situations.

you WILL LEARN HOW TO:

Activate and engage the prefrontal cortex to improve decision-making and problem-solving in challenging circumstances.

Maintain cognitive function and focus when stress levels and cognitive demands are at their peak.

Cultivate an awareness to respond more thoughtfully and effectively, rather than reacting impulsively.

Shift your focus towards achieving clarity in your thoughts and actions, instead of getting caught up in feelings of fear or reacting to perceived threats.

Make a conscious effort to cultivate a mindset that prioritises openness and clarity, which will help you face challenges with confidence and composure.

Allow yourself to step back and assess situations critically rather than allowing anxiety or misconceptions to dictate your reactions.

Issued upon full completion and verified participation.

IT'S NOT JUST INFORMATION!

It's Internal Control.

Understanding the dynamics between the limbic system and the prefrontal cortex can illuminate how internal controls operate within an organisation. Just as the limbic system triggers emotional impulses, responses and reactions, the internal controls of the prefrontal cortex guide rational behaviour and decision-making in an organisational context.

While the limbic system may trigger immediate reactions based on feelings, the prefrontal cortex supports higher-level thinking, planning, and the emotional regulation of those impulses. The limbic system provides raw data that reflects emotional and instinctual reactions. It offers visibility and insight into what is happening. But it does not take decisive action on its own. It remains vulnerable, making it susceptible to manipulation and misuse.

The prefrontal cortex proactively prevents inappropriate actions and flags exceptions in real time to ensure rational behaviour. By establishing checks and balances, its internal control significantly reduces risk, creating a reliable process that mirrors the prefrontal cortex’s role in maintaining executive order and rationality in decision-making.

Training the brain involves developing the strategies and emotional awareness that allow us to face challenges with a clear mind. It allows us to remain mindful of our emotional responses and take responsibility for our personal and professional interactions. Through this process, we create a more effective and harmonious organisational environment, enabling us to navigate complexities with greater confidence and clarity.
